National MS Society: Bike MS New York City

Bike MS New York City features the only route allowing participants to circle Manhattan on roads closed to traffic, including the FDR and West Side Highway. Cyclists can choose to ride 30, 50 or 100 miles. The extended routes will include 20 miles of the traffic-free route around Manhattan!

Registration Fee: $50 (until August 14)
$75 (August 15 - September 28)
$100 (September 29)
Fundraising Minimum: $150
Route Options: 30, 50 or 100 miles*
Age Minimum: 12 and older (Participants between ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a guardian and submit a notarized waiver).

*All 30 and 50-mile participants must be able to maintain a minimum speed of 10mph. All 100-mile participants must be able to maintain a minimum speed of 12mph. Participants who are not able to maintain this speed will be picked up by our route support vehicles.
