Teams
Participating in Bike MS is more fun when you are part of a team! Enjoy riding together and sharing the experience of helping others with your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors or anyone who wants to create a world free of MS. Teams must have a minimum of four people, including the team captain.

Team captains serve as "inspiration leaders" for their team members. People raise more money together than they do alone. Last year the average team member raised $540, compared to the average individual participant raising $504.
