The New York City - Southern New York Chapter will host two Bike MS events in 2010. Bike MS Southern NY offers the rare opportunity to ride over the Tappan Zee Bridge in a traffic free lane and Bike MS NYC offers the only opportunity to ride around Manhattan or through the Lincoln Tunnel traffic free!

Individuals between the ages of 12-17 that would like to register for a Bike MS NYC - Southern NY ride should download a registration form and Minor waiver. If you are under the age of 18, you can only participate in the 20 mile route option for Bike MS Southern New York and only the 30 mile route option for Bike MS NYC. Please view the Policy for Minors for more information.
